Takhini Gas Time Trial Wednesday, May 28, 2014
U Kon Echelon put on their second time trial of the season. The route was Takhini Gas out towards Laberge for 10 km, return.
The course was windy both ways but some fast times were posted. Urban Painters rider Elijah Buffalo blew away all the competition with the fastest time of 31.36. Urban Painters are on a role as Elijah won a time trial down south recently and his team mate and team founder, Preston Blackie, also just won a criterium in BC.
Distance was 22.50 km.

June 14: Road race partnering with Autism Yukon. Registration is at 9:00 am at Robert Service Campground, race starts at 10:00 by South Access pull off, goes out past Carcross Cutoff to time trial turn around, then returns and racers go down South Access and go through Miles Canyon to finish at the top of the last hill of Miles Canyon.
Barbeque and awards to happen at Robert Service Campground.
